Section 01

The app

Daleachious is a loyalty membership for Daleachious Cafe. You can create an account, show a member QR at the counter to earn points, and redeem points.

Section 02

Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years old to create an account. If you are under 18, you may use the app only with a parent or guardian’s permission.

Section 03

Your account

You must provide accurate information and keep your password private. You are responsible for activity on your account. Confirm your email with the one-time password we send before the account is created. Tell us promptly if you think someone else has used your account.

Section 04

Loyalty points

Points are earned and redeemed only at participating Daleachious cafes, according to the rules posted in the app and at the counter. Points have no cash value, are not transferable, and may expire or change. We may refuse a redemption that looks fraudulent or that does not follow the posted rules.

Section 05

Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• Share your account or one-time passwords with others
• Try to earn or redeem points in a dishonest way
• Interfere with the app, other members, or cafe operations
• Copy, reverse engineer, or misuse the app or our marks

Section 06

Intellectual property

The Daleachious name, the d. mark, the app, and related content belong to Daleachious Cafe. You may not use them except as needed to use the app.

Section 07

Availability

We may update, pause, or stop the app or the loyalty program. We will try to keep the service available, but we do not promise uninterrupted access.

Section 08

Disclaimers

The app is provided as is. To the fullest extent allowed by law, we disclaim warranties that the app will be error-free, secure, or available at all times. Cafe products, prices, and hours are set at the location and may change.

Section 09

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent allowed by law, Daleachious Cafe is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the app or the loyalty program. Our total liability for any claim relating to the app is limited to the amount you paid us for the app in the twelve months before the claim, which is typically zero because the app is free.

Section 10

Termination

You may delete your account at any time. We may suspend or close an account that breaks these Terms or that we reasonably believe is used for fraud.

Section 11

Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms. The updated date at the top will change. If you continue to use the app after a change, you accept the new Terms.

Section 12

Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of the Philippines. Disputes will be resolved in the courts of Davao City, Philippines, unless the law requires otherwise.
